IPO HEC  is formed by the heads and co-founders of IPO Headquarters

IPO HEC is the highest governing body of the IPO

The purpose of IPO HEC is to make decisions and give advice for the direction of the

IPO Headquarters and the execution of the work at the international level.

After every decision taken in this council, the competence and power of executing

the decisions are entire of the Executive Chairman of the IPO headquarters - CEO.
