1 out of 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her life.
Early detection of the disease greatly increases the chances of successful treatment.
There are two major components of early detection of cancer:
education to promote early diagnosis and screening.
Recognizing possible warning signs of breast cancer and
taking prompt action leads to early diagnosis.
Increased awareness of this delicate issue among the general public,
can have a great impact on the disease.
